KITCHEN

Comfort and nourishment without detoxification claims.

Familiar food and drink ideas for comfort and ordinary nourishment, without detoxification or respiratory-treatment claims.

Cleaner air, official instructions and appropriate medical care come first. These routines support comfort and preparation. They do not make smoke exposure safe or remove PM2.5 from the body.

KITCHEN BOUNDARIES

Food supports ordinary nourishment, not smoke detoxification.

  • Cleaner air and exposure reduction come before food choices.
  • Use foods the household tolerates and can prepare safely.
  • Maintain ordinary hydration unless a clinician has given fluid restrictions.
  • Recipes do not remove PM2.5 or reverse smoke exposure.
  • Pregnancy, child, allergy, medication and chronic-condition needs may require individualized guidance.

HELD FOR STRONGER REVIEW

Not every contributed recipe belongs in general public guidance.

  • Licorice-root infusion is not published as a general recipe because medication, blood-pressure, pregnancy and duration cautions require stronger review.
  • Herbal or supplement claims directed at lungs, inflammation or detoxification remain excluded.
  • Winter melon and Kushmanda Avaleha education remains a future education center, not a treatment or sales claim.
