BACKGROUND
Science, education and a traditional seasonal-wellness framework.
Casandra Valme, M.A. Ed., is an educator and Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner trained through Kerala Ayurveda Academy. She bridges curriculum design, foundational science and a traditional seasonal-wellness framework to create practical tools for modern families.
Having lived in Southern California for approximately 40 years, Casandra understands how recurring fire seasons affect families. Her goal is to help households build a practical toolkit before smoke arrives, using familiar daily actions that support steadiness and ordinary wellbeing while cleaner air and official public-health guidance remain primary.
