RECOVERY

Reset the home carefully after smoke and ash.

A seven-day reset for filters, surfaces, household routines, supplies and symptom monitoring.

Cleaner air, official instructions and appropriate medical care come first. These routines support comfort and preparation. They do not make smoke exposure safe or remove PM2.5 from the body.
Return and cleanup only when authorities allow it.Structural ash and debris may require local or professional hazardous-material cleanup.
